On: The Gluten Free Appetizer

Whether hosting a formal gathering or an impromptu get together with our close friends, I love entertaining. Anti-pasta platters with easy to manage ingredients are always a crowd pleaser, and most of the time, my guests do not even know that they are missing gluten filled ingredients. Here is a version of my go-to layout, with strawberry lemonade:

Back row L-R: 1) strawberries with tops pre sliced to avoid awkward fumblings with stems, 2) creamcheese with honey drizzle-3:1 ratio respectively, 3) Cheeses: skim mozarella, smoked gouda, and pepperjack

Front Row L-R: 1) Grapes-all colors, seedless, 2) Sesame crackers (Trader joes, delicious!)

Strawberry Lemonade: 1 cup fresh cut strawberries, 4 cups organic lemonade (also Trader Joes)

Enjoy!
